It helps us develop the right copy for you, and provides you with a record of what you asked us to deliver. A brief can be prepared quickly and easily, either over the telephone or in person. Once you’ve signed it off, it’s time for us to start writing.

The copy we provide you with has to sum you up perfectly. If you already have a Tone of Voice or a Style Guide, we’ll work with that… and if you don’t, we can create one for you. Great copywriting should capture the heart and soul of your business, product or service – and should also resonate with your target audience. We’ll ensure we understand you and your market precisely, in order to create text that’s perfect for you, your business and your audience.

Revision time

Our work doesn’t stop there. The only way to be sure that our words are working is to assess them thoroughly. This could mean monitoring traffic to your website or intranet; organising workshops or focus groups to get feedback; or conducting online or paper-based surveys. We’ll work with you to agree the best method of measuring our work… and once we know what we need to improve; we’ll make the necessary changes to get your communications on-track.
