Client: Kura, a new home-to-school service owned by national travel provider Coachhire.com.
Challenge: A start-from-scratch project, Kura wanted to focus on strong, consistent communications to help grow their client base.
Solution: In-depth consultation and time spent on-site with salesforce, marketing teams and logistics managers - resulting in a detailed tone of voice document, audience-specific messaging, spoken-sales guidance, and press releases + templates for further media engagement. Also: full website copy, plus introductory emails to potential new clients.
