Challenge: Better engage seasoned cruisers and new travel customers to cement the RC brand
Solution: Make better use of 'travelogue' style communications, by launching a quarterly cruise newsletter featuring destination reviews, itinerary ideas, on-board offers and entertainment updates, and competitions. Shoot from the Nib conducted extensive location research, speaking to experts and locals to gain the most up-to-the-minute insights into each destination. We then translated that information into highly engaging, emotive travel writing; replicating the print newsletters online and featuring video footage for further engagement.
