Challenge: Build out the Optegra brand through strategic communications
Solution: Shoot from the Nib went right back to basics for Optegra: developing a tone of voice and core messaging set, then coaching the firm's small communications team in how to use this across internal and external materials. Following on from this, we developed copy for Optegra's patient-facing literature, and for the firm's website. Part of our research involved 'sitting in on' actual laser eye surgery - naturally, with patients' full consent and in full medical scrubs!
